Aqueous Cabinet Washer Models
These batch cleaners are designed around applications where versatility and flexibility are
paramount & floor space is at a premium. The machines come in two standard sizes,
24” and 36” tables and are stainless steel construction.
Rotating beds are also stainless steel.
Aqueous Precision Inline Models
Parts Cleaning Technologies continues a long line of precision cleaning with the introduction of a modular,
all stainless steel inline cleaner capable of washing, rinsing and drying a multitude of components. The
more complex the part, the more stages/modules are likely required to effectively process the part.
For this reason, a modular system lends itself extremely well to the aqueous process. These units are
available in electric, steam, and gas heat configurations with several available dryer options.
Aqueous Tank Line Models
Batch or automated tank lines provided modular – multiple process tanks or the user that needs immersion
cleaning with specific material handling or process applications. The TL series allows from one to multiple
tanks that can be designed for alkaline / acids / multiple rinse stations / coatings / dryers / etc.
The tanks can be sequenced in any order featuring immersion, ultrasonics, spray-under-immersion, or
spray-in-air, followed by rinse(s) & drying stages.The more complex the part or process, the more stages
required to effectively process the part. Tank sizes range from small to very large.
